About us
Vuenara is a Belgian product by CS Group, based in Wieze. We build it because our own family life also runs on sticky notes, messages and ‘who’s going to do that?’.
We keep it simple: one overview that works on your phone, your computer and a screen on the wall. Fully in English, Dutch and French.
Your data is hosted by European partners and we only use it to make Vuenara work.

Frequently asked questions
What does Vuenara cost?
Nothing during the closed beta. After that a free version remains; for more screens and family members you choose a plan.
What screen do I need?
Any device with a modern browser: a tablet, an old laptop or a smart TV. You pair it with a code; nothing to install.
Do my children need an account?
No. You add them as family members. On the screen at home they can tick off tasks and add groceries.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union (Ireland and Frankfurt). You can export or delete all your data under Settings → Privacy.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You request deletion of your account yourself under Settings → Privacy.
