About these terms

These terms apply to the use of Vuenara, provided by CS Group, company number pending registration, address Rooien 75, 9280 Wieze, Belgium. Contact: support@vuenara.com.

The service

Vuenara is an online planner for families and organisations: dashboards for screens, calendar, tasks, shopping, meal plan and notes. We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption.

Your account

• You are responsible for your sign-in details and for who you invite to your workspace.
• Workspace administrators decide who has access and with which role.
• A paired screen shows workspace data to anyone in front of it. You choose which widgets appear and whether changes are allowed on the screen.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, term, renewal and cancellation: [to be completed]. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription in the app.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Vuenara for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Do not try to bypass security or overload the service.
• Do not put other people’s data into Vuenara without good reason.

Your data

What you put into Vuenara remains yours. You can export it at any time under Settings → Privacy. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.

Liability

Termination
